Shipping and returns

PRICES

For customers within the European Union, the prices indicated are final. They include all relevant taxes, including VAT, and all other components of the price. Shipping costs will be detailed separately on the invoice.

For customers outside the EU, all prices indicated should be understood as gross prices. The determining factor is the delivery address. In the event that, in accordance with legal provisions in the country of receipt, value added tax is applied, this will have to be paid by the recipient when the goods are received. In addition, import duties may also apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid when receiving the merchandise. The amounts mentioned above will either be collected by customs authorities or by the transport company in charge of the shipment.

The price also includes transportation and packaging costs. The customer will be responsible for the overall amount of postage, which may vary depending on the value of the order and the place to which it must be sent, including a possible surcharge for delivery to remote areas.

FORMS OF PAYMENT 

Payment can be made through any of the following means:

​Purchases with a credit or debit card; The customer must provide the cardholder’s name, card number, expiration date and CVV. All information will be processed through the bank’s POS.

SHIPMENTS

At VERTIDISSIM  we know that when you make an order on our website  www.vertidissim.com , you want to actually receive it.

That’s why we have thought about the best way to get your clothes to you in perfect condition and in the shortest amount of time.

Standard products have an average delivery time of  72 hours from the time the order was made.

RESERVATION OF OWNERSHIP

Merchandise will remain the property of VERTIDISSIM  until compliance with the payment requirements included in the shipping contract (goods in reserve) with respect to VERTIDISSIM.

The customer is obliged to treat the merchandise with care until the change of ownership occurs and it becomes their property.

RIGHT OF RETURNS

Clients may revoke the purchase of standard products within 14 calendar days without the need for justification. ​The returns period will expire 14 calendar days from when the customer, or a third party acting on behalf of the customer, other than the carrier, acquires material possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of return, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear and unambiguous statement. 

If the reason for the return is that the returned item is defective or does not correspond to what was requested in the order, VERTIDISSIM will bear the costs of the return and new shipment.

If the reason for the return is that the order does not satisfy you:

We will refund the full amount minus delivery costs without any undue delay.

The refund will be made no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

You must assume the direct cost of returning the goods.

The refund will be made using the same payment method that was used in the initial transaction, unless you have expressly requested otherwise, and provided that it does not entail additional costs.

VERTIDISSIM  reserves the right to withhold the refund until the goods have been received and the condition of the goods has been reviewed.

GUARANTY

​All our products have a one   year legal warranty, for which VERTIDISSIM is responsible as the seller of the product, under the legally established terms.

Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable tension, or materials subjected to wear and tear due to normal use are not included.

In textile printing, slight variations in the tone, both in colour tests and in subsequent delivery, are always possible and inevitable. VERTIDISSIM undertakes all efforts to reproduce the colours of the catalog (online or in brochures) and its website in the most accurate way possible. In particular, the colours seen on the VERTIDDISSIM  website ​ 79 / 5,000 Translation results Translation result depend on the client’s display configuration, so VERTIDISSIM  cannot guarantee an adequate colour comparison. 

In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the options will be to repair or replace the item, provide a discount or full return, under the legally established terms.

How can I return or exchange the products I have purchased at vertidissim.com?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within a maximum period of 14  days from the receipt of the product. Please remember that we only accept the return of products purchased through our website  www.vertidissim.com,  provided they are from a Vertidissim collection. Groups are not admitted: CLUBS, SCHOOLS….nor personalised items. Returns of edible products that are open or in poor condition are also not accepted.

How to return a product?

Send an email to  info@vertidissim.com, indicating your name, the order number and the reason for the return.

We will send you an email with your return number and detailed instructions for returning the product.

Once the package has been received and checked by the VERTIDISSIM Returns Department, the refund or exchange of the product will be processed as soon as possible. 

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer where Vertidissim does not hold responsibility for changes to the order (in case of return due to change of mind, change of chosen size…). In such cases, shipping costs will be subtracted from the purchase amount when making the refund.
