Openfaster Sessions

Are you preparing for a swimming event and unsure of how to do it properly? Would you like to improve your open water swimming technique? This is your opportunity to do so.

swimclass_vertidissim

Open water swimming is completely different than swimming in a pool, where you have your own lane and cannot leave it. In open water, there are many factors that can influence your performance:

1- Water temperature
2- Currents
3- Orientation
4- Waves
5- Technique
6- Safety

All these concepts and more are what we will work on during the training sessions that we have specially prepared. Are you up for it?

A group system where our athletes develop their sporting and technical ability, while at the same time increasing their physical and technical performance, resulting in all-round improvement. Always looking for economy in movement in the aquatic environment.

All this by Sergi Aznar, our instructor and teacher at the Swimmfaster Swimming Club, and a team of collaborators.
