1 Open Water Swimming Session at the Costa Brava organized by Swimmfaster and Vertidissim
Includes:
Talk Explanatory dossier + guided mobility exercises. Practice (challenges and aspects to work on in each session).
This pack includes 1 (ONE) of the following training sessions of 2 hours duration each: June 21st – Sant Pol Platja (s’Agaro) June 28th – La Fosca (Palamos) July 12th – Platja Grifeu – (Llançà) July 19th – Platja Grifeu – (Llançà) August 9th – Sant Pol Platja (s’Agaro) August 23rd – La Fosca (Palamos)
Schedules: (Saturdays) Convene: 8:00am Session time: 8:15am to 9:45am
Water/Isotonic supplies, Xuxes Kayak follow up (tide permitting) Teamwork and good atmosphere. Specific open water swimming technique and how to be more efficient in the sea. Getting to know different locations of the Costa Brava. Final reflection + stretching at the end of the session. Transfers included according to availability.
2 LEVELS: (8 to 10 swimmers per level)
- LEVEL 1 – BEGINNER-INTERMEDIATE = 1500mts to 2500mts
- LEVEL 2 – INTERMEDIATE-ADVANCED = 2500mts to 4000mts
1 instructor for each level + 1 kayak per session for the 2 levels.
